SWGfL are planning to undertake two separate maintenance activities on the 15th February in relation to EasyMail.
- A firmware update to ensure we get meaningful support from our suppliers
- Platform re-indexing and configuration changes in line with supplier recommendations
The maintenance will start at 9pm and will affect all EasyMail customers as the system will be unavailable for four hours.
These maintenance tasks are essential but are unrelated to the current issues with EasyMail. The latest information on that can be found here: System Status Information.
