Due to issues with the Devon website some users may experience intermittent problems accessing the Devon Pages and the Scomis Homepage. Any outages should only be short lived and users should wait a few moments and try again. The scomis FAQ’s can still be accessed directly via faq.scomis.org.
Devon IT Services are aware of the issue and hope to resolve it shortly.

The trial balance comparison issue has been resolved. You should now be able to use this application to complete your month one trial balance comparison. The changes were necessary due to changes introduced with the Financial Code Review. If you continue to have an issue please check the version of trial balance at the bottom of your trial balance screen.

DCC are performing an upgrade on the main corporate firewall at the weekend.
The DCC website will be inaccessible from 1300 on Saturday for a few hours and normal service will be resumed before Monday
Please note that Devon schools month one finance files are now available to download from Securenet.
ScoMIS Service Desk is currently experiencing intermittent telephony issues.
There is no resolution time at the moment and we will update the website as soon as we have more information. Our 3rd party supplier has been contacted and is dealing with the matter.
